| ANNEMIEK
DE HAAN Administrative Assistant, received a BFA Visual Arts from the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and continued on a post graduate art program at the more internationally oriented Rijksacademy, which led into one year of graduate school at CalArts in California. Feeling that the theoretical side of contemporary art had been sufficiently addressed, she returned to her painting practice and, together with video artist Manon de Boer and others co-wrote the book Oscillations, a journey into narration, thought flow and memories. She first joined LessonLab as a translator of Dutch lessons for the TIMSS Video Study and became the Transcription Manager’s right hand. Recently she made a switch to the Research Institute, where she builds online ALFA and ViSTA courses in the Visibility platform and supports the STeLLA project. |
