MEIKE LEMMENS, M.A.

Research Associate, received her Master's of Communication at the Department of Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam. She studied a variety of different subjects as a junior researcher at a private research and consultancy on crime and public safety in the Netherlands of which the most important areas of research are youth crime prevention and quality of childcare. She also has experience conducting research at the Dutch National organization for Women in higher Technical Education and positions were she studied female students in science and technical education and female entrepreneurs with technical backgrounds. She has been part of the LessonLab Research Institute since 2001 were she worked on the TIMSS 1999 Video Study and the SteLLA project.
